Alok Kanagat

 Mr. Alok Kanagat is currently the Executive Director of Coastal Gujarat Power Limited (CGPL),a wholly owned subsidiary of TATA Power, entrusted with the responsibility of executing the 4000 MW Ultra Mega Power project at Mundra, State of Gujarat.

Mr. Kanagat has over 33 years of work experience. Prior to joining TATA Power in mid 2007, he has worked with Reliance Industries, Hindustan Lever (now HUL) and Hindustan Petroleum.

Mr. Kanagat's professional qualification includes a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from the University of Leeds, UK.

Nitin Kulkarni, as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Persistent Systems, brings in over 18 years of experience delivering business solutions in various capacities in companies such as Persistent Systems, Infosys, Siemens Information Systems Ltd, and NELCO (a TATA company). Nitin has played a variety of roles in his career ranging from co-development center head for a 8000 people strong development center to quality head for a 3000 people strong business unit.

Prior to joining Persistent in 2006, Nitin worked with NELCO, Mumbai from 1991 to 1992 as a senior systems engineer. He subsequently worked with Siemens Information Systems Limited from October 1992 to February 1996 as a senior systems analyst and with Infosys Technologies Limited between May 1996 to November 2006 co-heading the Infosys Pune Development Center and Delivery Head, Benelux and Nordics Region.

Knowledge of formulation and implementation of operational strategies in the areas of IT services is one of Nitin’s key forte. He is also well versed with strategy implementation models like Malcolm Balridge and Process Models like CMMi, CMM, ISO. Nitin has extensive experience of implementing governance models and KPI’s, balance score card for business units and is experienced in managing large portfolios of IT projects totaling up to 70 million USD.

Nitin has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University in 1988 and a Master's Degree in Engineering in Electronics from VNIT, Nagpur University in 1991.

Dinesh Chinnappa is a green technology leader driving cutting-edge solutions. As a designer and value engineering expert he is a rare talent who thinks on his feet with solutions that are practical, cost-effective and disrupts costs and energy for multiple products and processes.

Dinesh has worked on a spectrum on technology solution from aircraft design, to solar collector and PV systems, Wind Systems, ground heat and cooling systems. His consulting has extended to companies like HLL, Panasonic, Mindtree, GE, Videocon, Onida, Merlin Hawk Brown dove, Lexaeon Design Studio, Caterpillar. He has been consultant in Djibouti and Ethiopia. He shares time between China, India and Africa.

Dinesh is a conservationist – not just at heart, but in the long years of dedication that he has offered with joy for the silent, helpless animals of the wild. He has been a forest warden, a passionate ornithologist, a friend of tigers and elephants in many sanctuaries and a hands-on provider of solutions for sanctuaries.

Ravi Sahi

Ravi Sahi, ESI International’s Client Solutions Director in Asia, has 18 years experience managing cross-border projects for physical infrastructure development, strategy-based consulting, and information technology in the financial services sector. After beginning his project management career building resorts, Mr. Sahi transitioned into strategy-consulting projects, which led to his work in the planning and delivery of IT projects. Mr. Sahi is multilingual and has worked extensively across the Asia-Pacific region. His depth of exposure to different nationalities and cultures is a significant benefit to clients worldwide.

Mr. Sahi began his project work with Sembawang Corporation, Singapore, where he was a core team member in the planning, marketing, and development of the resort island of Bintan, Indonesia. He was also the lead consultant in delivering the Bintan Ferry Project. Most recently, Mr. Sahi worked for Admerex, a collections software developer and implementer. His key duties, as head of the Admerex global project management office (PMO), included process mapping, refining implementation methodology, and building the PMO.

Mr. Sahi has additional project experience with two consulting companies, Booz Allen & Hamilton (BAH) Management Consultants and Capgemini Consulting. At BAH Management Consultants, Mr. Sahi was responsible for selecting and prioritizing a portfolio of internal projects across seven sectors of strategic focus. He planned and implemented regional programs and projects and was a member of the core team performing strategic reviews for the Malaysian and Indonesian government sectors.
